Who we are

What we process and why

Contact and quote forms. When you send us a message or request an indicative offer, we process your name, e-mail address, company (if provided), your answers about your environment, the content of your message and your IP address. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the forms (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep enquiries for up to 2 years, or longer where the enquiry leads to a business relationship.

Analytics. We use self-hosted Matomo analytics configured to respect your browser's settings. Analytics data is aggregated, stored on our own infrastructure in the EU, and never sold or shared with advertising networks.

Server logs. Our servers keep standard technical logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting, retained for a limited period.

Who processes data for us

Contact form submissions are handled by our own form-processing service and mail infrastructure, hosted on servers in the EU. We do not transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Only technically necessary cookies (such as session security) may be set.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to privacy@consovenio.com and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, uoou.gov.cz).
